Project 365 Week 27

It is that time again!!  The Project 365 is rolling along.  I hope you enjoy these pictures!!

Sunday:

Ooooh Pretty

Rich had to work so I took S to the Clinique counter to learn about skin care.  She had so much fun.  She learned about cleansing and moisturizer, and we got a little bit of makeup.  She looked so natural and pretty.  She said that she couldn't stop looking at herself she liked it so much.

Monday:

Fun in the Sun

We had a water slide on campus today.  Bella had fun going down and splashing.

Tuesday:
Wow!!

This red tailed falcon was sitting on the hill outside my classroom.  It was within five feet of me...(OK it was eating a bunny, but that isn't important)  It just let us all watch.

Wednesday:

See It's Not Just Andrew

Here are two of my CIT's at our bowling trip.  They both turned their heads just as I snapped the picture.  Andrew won't come near me when I have my camera.  Teenage boys!!

Thursday:

Aunt Sam??

We had red white and blue dress up day today.  Isn't she so patriotic, (and itchy)?

Friday:

Say Cheese

It was a busy day.  We had our carnival on campus today.  S helped me run the CIT booth.  She was such a big help, and it was nice to hang out with her. Then we were invited to a pool party BBQ at my good friend Diane's house.  S and Andrew had fun in the pool and the food was so good (Bella was at a sleepover).  S had my camera and took this picture.  It was so good to hang out with good friends and the kids had fun.  What a great day.

Saturday:

Who Me?

We went down to Santa Monica tonight.  We ate at Barney's Beanery a very fun chili restaurant.  S and Bella played around with my camera and S took this picture of Bella.  So cute.  We walked down to the pier and took some great picture of Rich and S in front of the Ferris wheel.  It was so rewarding watching them hold hands, laugh, and really enjoy being with each other.

In Summary:  Another great week with S.  She had fun at camp and we had fun with all of our many activities.  I still do have a son, and he is doing great.   I am very blessed.

  1. Fun and busy week! How cool that you took S for skincare and make-up!
Do you think God hard wired boys to look away or put their hands up at picture time? :) My brothers, ages 26 and 34 still do that!
That falcon is amazing. My husband would sit and watch them all day.
So glad you are enjoying camp and family times! Bonus that friends get sprinkled in too!!
    Have a super week!

  2. My brother must have a bit of estrogen in him. He has always LOVED the camera, and is the most photogenic in the family!

  4. We got a picture of a vulture in the road today (it almost became roadkill itself, but flew away at the last minute). I somehow think it's not QUITE the same LOL.

Love your week - glad you've been having a good time with Rich's daughter.

  5. Ha ha! I love how you so nonchalantly mention the falcon was eating a bunny. You're funny.

Ewww...that beard DOES look itchy! (But cute, nonetheless.)

A chili restaurant, huh? Who knew?! I've never heard of such a thing. Sounds yummy to ME! I'd love that.
